Pros
Minimum wage, IF they decide to pay you.
Cons
MOD Promotions is a very shady company, and seems to good to be true- because it is. Basically, they pay you once a month (even though they are required by law to pay twice per month) from harassing people inside of Costco and Sam's to buy shoddy, fly-by-night merchandise. You get commission on sales, but they tell you HIGH numbers before they coerce you to work there. In reality, you run up miles on your car, are owned 24/7, and make minimum wage, if you are lucky enough to get aid. You must be available constantly, even missing a twice-daily conference call requires a written doctor's excuse, but they don't even provide health insurance. They butter you up, saying the have hundreds on people applying, and go on and on about your great attributes and great you are to get an offer. Then the tide turns when you report to work. You are threatened with your job constantly, rarely get paid what you are entitled, and you are regularly told that you are expendable because people are beating down the doors to work there. Be warned!
