I made some good friends here. People who are verbally abused and otherwise mistreated tend to bond.
Cons
Leaders think they're cool, hip, and hilarious, when instead they are unprofessional, crass bullies. To combat negative reviews, leaders wrote and posted several positive reviews, and told a few of us to "write rave reviews" as well. We were instructed to approach this as a PR exercise in building positive buzz. We were to treat Mod as a PR client that needed positive buzz to combat negative publicity and damage to its reputation. Do not believe the positive reviews. I love hard work and challenging projects with tight deadlines. I also understand that not every project is creative and exciting. We all have to do production work to do. This is NOT the reason people are miserable. We are verbally abused, bullied, yelled at, and many of us are mocked and laughed at. It's a totally unprofessional, poisonous environment. I am looking for another job (as is everyone with the misfortune of taking a job here. Do not trust these people.
