We would like to respectfully clarify a few points mentioned in your review. While we recognize that perceptions of benefits can vary based on individual circumstances, we continually evaluate our benefits offerings to remain competitive within our industry.
Additionally, the statement that the agency lost over 50% of its employees in the last year is not accurate based on our internal retention data. While we have experienced employee transitions, as all growing organizations do, our turnover rates are significantly lower than what was stated.
