      Pros

      People at MOGELvalue diversity and collaboration. Team is great and everyone helps anyone in need. I've been working here for almost 2 years, worked as a business development assistant for the first year, and till now I am working as a project coordinator. MOGEL really cares about us as employees and the management appreciates transparency at all levels. We also have remote working opportunities here at MOGEL.

      Cons

      Sometimes, there is much work to do that you can't catch up within your working hours and should have overtime working (though we are being paid), but in that sense, the company is not flexible, and too much pressure can be put on your shoulders.

      Pros

      MOGEL is hands-down the best company I have worked for. They provide amazing training and guidance to make sure you succeed. Management and leadership is very organized and listen to all questions and concerns, should you have any.
