Thank you for also sharing your feedback on email communication, sometimes written communication can be harder to interpret or to understand the senders intentions but if you'd like to give more specific feedback on how we can think about our comms it would be great to hear from you. Pros

I loved this job but their systems are breaking and things were falling through the cracks more than ever and I definitely felt it. I was let go and morale was honestly in the toilet for me. It made me realize I deserved better. - lovely people within my team and similar departments - hybrid work from home environment - structured work days

Cons

- limited room to grow with changing systems and standards. it felt like you weren't allowed to grow due to lack of time, people and energy. -if you aren't useful anymore they'll just get rid of you and start over by outsourcing their operations to Cape Town - ungraceful in the delivery of bad news by HR and senior management. - senior management felt messy and focused on protecting themselves and the brand
