Pros
The company provides working equipment and handles scheduling. They train you and provide the TEFL if you don't have one. If you'd like the experience of working online, but lack the equipment, it's a good place to start.
Cons
The salary is incredibly low, and you will get paid about a quarter of what you'd be getting from the same clients as an independent contractor. There are no breaks and leave is difficult to get. You are expected to work yourself to the bone with no benefits. No room for growth nor can a pay increase be negotiated.
