Pros
There is almost no repeated work. Everyday you will find yourself solving new puzzles, which makes me excited to go to work. The CEO is determined to build Aura a top leading online energy management system. There are lots of excellent process engineers on site and great software developers in-house. I found myself learning new things everyday. The salary, per diem, and hotel choice are all decent and always on-time. This is a good place for fast learners who love to solve new problems.
Cons
There is a lot traveling during a project. It's actually both a pro and con. You get a chance to work with different factories across the nation, but you get less time at home with your loved ones. You will be informed about the traveling before you accept the job.
