Unfriendly environment, team work and inclusion are not expected, or encouraged, even from management. President abruptly left after only 18 months and was replaced with owners brother. The company seems to have no idea how to look ahead and forecast, I was hired as a permanent employee, then my position was eliminated 6 months later because business is going downhill.
