      Rewarding journey. The vision and mission of the company are compelling - working to support student dreams in higher education gives you a sense of purpose beyond just profits. Leadership is fairly accessible. You really see effort to understand ground-level challenges and incorporate feedback. Lots of internal mobility. Culture of transparency - the internal all-hands and “ask me anything” sessions are real.

      Cons

      Performance assessments can be more objective. Sometimes high performers feel overshadowed by political or visibility dynamics

      Pros

      Great mission driven organization with huge potential for growth. Important to me that they enable international students to attend school in the US and Canada which is life changing for many of the students. People are really nice, everyone is focused on growing the company. A lot of opportunity for people willing to jump in at a startup.

      Cons

      Can be very busy. They could have more socializing events.
