Pros
The culture of our company is very positive and we discourage drama and negativity. Many of our people have been with us for several years and know that we have matured as an organization. Bonuses, employee of the month awards, company cars and other perks are given when appropriate. After 49 years in business this company has come a long way but is just getting started. We are always striving to grow, evolve and improve. There are many benefits offered like medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, company cars, and paid time off.
Cons
We reward solid employees with raises and promotions when possible but its a very competitive industry so the margins are low and I agree that some people don't make what they are worth because there just isn't enough money to continue to increase pay in some instances. There have been mistakes made along the way like mis-hires, low pay, lack of appropriate appreciation and communication, and putting the wrong people in the wrong position but we strive every day to get better and have eliminated many of the mistakes made in the past.
