Pros

The benefits are pretty decent

Cons

The customer service department needs to clean house, a lot of un experience Managers who don't know there jobs nor have people skills. That department is very unorganized, there's clicks and favoritism. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. They follow you to the bathroom, talks behind your back and share your business. The wanna be Supervisors/Managers needs to go back on the phone and learn there job. They use there employees to make them look good while they send out emails all day. The training sucks what little training you get. They call training sitting with another non experience co-worker who talks and eat all day. There Manuel and system sucks. It's like the left hand don't know what the right hand is doing. They only promote there favorite employees who kiss there butt. The most two faced back stabbing department in the Company.
