- designated core team members are good/helpful - unlimited PTO - decent benefits

- zero real transparency - passive aggressive management - flexibility dependent on manager’s mood - zero growth opportunities - not really a project management role, more of “you do whatever the team you’re working with doesn’t want to do” - therefore - roles and responsibilities that are laid out are not followed - no annual merit increases despite outstanding performance reviews - no bonuses - promised promotions never attained
