Cons
This place just isn't what it used to be, the employee testimonials on their website are from years ago. The production floor today is pure chaos with management making reactionary decisions on a daily basis. There are no clear advancement paths for careers, so I just can't recommend pursuing opportunities here. Your input and new ideas aren't even considered anymore, there is no gemba attitude to help fix problems and drive improvement. It is driving people into silence, discouragement, and ultimately high employee turnover.
