None. I never understood what we were even doing there if we go by the percegers set and the company we inspecting parts comes by and says it will go and sends everything we have declined. Why they need parts inspected? I was trying to make the best of the worst company I had ever worked for but I didn't fit into their picks. I've never been had supervisors that as soon as I spoke first word to them they fly into me like dirt under their feet.

Favoritism racism I was talked to like a dog then right in front of me talked to The black girls in a respectful manor. Poor management all the way up. Got a call saying I was supposed to have told someone in magement with the company ms has contract with that I rely on one of their employees to get my job done that I'm put on back burner. Then receive a call last night 9:00 pm by someone saying my job doesn't exist anymore. He said couldn't discuss with me the first call. I was told hrs would be fair over holidays when ask management about it I was told that he was only doing it for nightshift. I was only one post hrs. Any of the the defects that were brought out on my days off were never addressed with me but I'm fussed at for asking someone about one that's not very clear when I don't have a clue where ms mangement is. These are problems just from last week. I've been harrassed since day one on the job.
