Improve methods in operations in terms of passengers embarking and disembarking each cruise and proper placement of the staff at key points. Provide staff with comfortable and presentable uniform that would restrict them or causing discomfort during work that also takes into consideration of the high temperature they work. We can improve our online system to scan passengers documentation prior to arriving at the terminal to ensure everyone is coming with the correct documentation thus ensuring everyone has the correct documents and it doesn't hinder the pace of the operation and efficiency of the staff.
