At MSCI, we strive to foster a culture where managers empower and guide their team members, and offer development opportunities to our people managers to develop their leadership skills. Managers are evaluated annually based on their engagement scores and their ability to retain talented employees, and team members can share anonymous feedback to managers through our engagement survey.
