Worst company donot deserve even a single star - Senior Accountant MSD Telematics Employee Review

The work culture in MSD telematics is really great. I have been working with the organization for quite sometime and have known them even before I was associated. The organization is flat and everyone has an access to the management and shares their views and most of the views are addressed and taken positively. The best part is that the team and management meets once a month and discuss the progress of the organization and growth path that is for the organization and its employees. The organization believes in EEOC. All employees are proud to be part of the family called MSD Telematics.

When an organization is flat and everyone are approachable at any point of time I don’t find that there are any cons in the organization.

Associated with the organization for quite sometime and during this period i have seen that the team is very humble and approachable at anytime. An organization that is willing to hear out the employees be it their petty concerns or suggestions all are well taken and it gets implemented in phases. the organization has a flat structure and all employees have an access to the management.. The team works and executes the duties and feel they all belong to one family. I wish the team and management to work in the similar fashion and they can achieve the targets they set for themselves within a short span of time.

There are no cons in the organization.
