Decent but Needs Improvment - Social Studies Teacher MSD of Decatur Township Employee Review

Easy straight forward work with little explanation.

Some older (70+ years old) buildings. Have to work around classroom schedules for non emergency work.

-Great if you have kids/Family -Easy work schedule -Coworkers are mostly Friendly -Can pick up extra hours by doing trips, afterschool programs, and middays. -Will train you and help you get your Class B CDL within 3 months.

-No paid holidays -Horrible and expensive benefits -Turnover rate is high -Management allows drivers to get away with misconduct -Rare support from the schools -Some routes have horrible behaving students -Can get stuck with a horrible route.
