Pros

Experience of you can work with VERY little training with a system that not everyone in the company seems to agree on. You will never be bored with your work

Cons

Management decisions, like making a supervisor in charge of HR as well after having to have at least one sensitivity training. Abusive language from sales reps and HR was supported…or at least not dealt with at all. Pay is not competitive for csr reps, and you will end up doing a majority of the leg work for your sales rep if they aren’t a good one for no compensation. If you want to take maternity leave, be prepared to be pressured to come back earlier than you want to and to be told that the promotion that keeps being dangled in front for you every year might not be there when you get back. I left for four dollars more and I have better work/life balance. They will tell you here that over time is your perk. Really toxic environment in general, people speak to each other with disrespect, and there are no conflict resolution skills anywhere in the building.
