Pros
- good office - good colleagues - commission amount is okay (it depends on your product though)
Cons
- small allowance especially when the client call visits are far from the office, gas is used up quickly - gas spent on client call visits are not reimbursable because they want you to use your 6,000 peso allowance. - Some bosses tend to power trip, not always good because there is one particular boss with a hot temper and bullies her subordinates
