Pros
Great atmosphere. Bold vision for the future. Lots of latitude in finding solutions. Very focused plan for the future. My department is a blast to work in. Leadership grills for the local employees pretty frequently.
Cons
There has been rapid growth, which is difficult to manage. Has created some stress among some employees. But these folks really hustle, working hard to make MSP Design Group outstanding. They catching up on things like HR that other companies usually already have dialed in, but I see steady positive progress.
