Small firm which impacts level of benefits that can be provided. That being said benefits are strong for this sized company.

Lot's of long term clients, local work. Enjoy working with their employees who seem to be genuinely hard working folks.

Long term employees and new leadership do not understand the market. Most client work from a few long term clients making new growth doubtful. New consulting companies who enter the market do not overlap so I get to work for all and not worry about running into the same clients.
