      Sicuramente è una realtà che aiuta a crescere ed a metterti in vetrina per futuri progetti, anche per altre realtà automotive

      I project manager si sentono superiori a tutti, ma in realtà hanno poca esperienza, non avendo mai avuto contatto con il vero mercato automotive

      Pros

      Work is very rewarding depending on the program you work on. From my experience my management is very caring, not big micromanagers. If you ask for help/need something from them they are willing to help and get you results. Great support team in the backend as well. L1/L2

      Cons

      Benefits package is not very competitive (extremely low 401k match) Insurance is OK Not sure if there is a raise schedule
