Absolutely dreadful - HGV Technician MTC Northwest Employee Review

I can't think of a single one

I can't put into words how bad it was working for Mtc northwest, Everything I was promised at the interview stage turned out to be a lie, management haven't a clue how best to run the company and it felt like senior management thought they owned you while at work, no regard what so ever given to work/life balance and have to jump through hoops every month to be paid correctly for the hours you've already worked. No training and the goal posts constantly being moved so you are never doing your job correctly, senior management feel they have the right to change your shift patterns, hours and even wages at the drop of a hat and constantly being botherd by phone calls on your days off, staff turn over is ridiculous with most people being there for less than a year speaks volumes.

There are no pros to working here

Wages are never right Shifts/hours changed with no notice No support Work load is ridiculous/unachievable Staff were paid to falsify reviews Management are very clicky Hours expected are illegal They claim to be a family company but they do not care about your home life or other commitments
