Pros
Being relatively new to the organisation (8 Months) my view of the Pro's at MTI are: 1. Collaborative environment - certainly within the Pre-Sales team, there is a real willingness to assist and enable (based on the fact that I am a noob!). 2. Senior Management Team provide excellent communication and clarity on the direction of the business and communicate clearly on what is required to keep on track. 3. Active development of employees - certainly within the technical disciplines - expected to dedicate time to training and certification and encouraged to continuously develop. 4. Everyone seems genuinely nice, whilst being focused on getting the job done, also an active social environment with frequent gatherings outside of work. 5. A genuine desire to help customers succeed rather than just trying to sell them "stuff" - focusing on quality of business rather than quantity
