Pros
My line manager is great and is supportive, helping me mould the role for me. The senior management are approachable whether it's to talk about the weather or business.
Cons
There are some negative people in the organisation, but you get that everywhere, so try to avoid that mentality. There could be better allowances for flexible working, but MTI are upfront about this.
