      Opportunity for uncapped commissions. Hands on training and a focus on personal development.

      Cons

      Longer than expected hours, Not very transparent compensation structure. Cult like environment in which you are expected to spend most of your time with team members. MLM structure which can be exploitative of employees' time. Little to no work life balance.

      The pay isa perk, I make $2000 per week on average. All the travel is paid by the company too which is awesome.

      Cons

      Highly competitive and performance based so you need to be good.
