In my previous role, I honed my skills in customer interaction and communication, which often involved dealing with a variety of customers simultaneously. While this sometimes made the work challenging, I found ways to manage this efficiently. One of my strategies was to practice active listening, which allowed me to better understand each customer's needs and concerns.
