      Amazing workplace culture Flexible work environment Feels like you're working from home Young & Flexible team - Helps you learn a lot CEO is friendly and treats your problems like his own; let it be work issues or personal issues.

      Cons

      I believe every workplace has cons, but personally I have not felt anything yet!

      I had a great time working at mtw and learnt a lot while i was there

      Pros

      Interesting product to work on Technology that they are working Respect for the work they do Knowledgeable colleagues where they have something to learn from A manager who is either technical himself or at least understands technicalities Lots of freedom to experiment A manager who understands the complete SDLC and not just his area of specialization

      Cons

      As dealing with project their are less number of colleagues , so that work pressure is more.
