Their philosophy is growing and supporting your employees equals happy employees which equals happy customers. The culture globally and in Australia is incredible, inclusive, supportive, creative and fun. Everyone is a family member and it really does feel like family. They are in scale up mode and are succeeding everywhere, growing exponentially. I am so happy to have moved from an ASX200 company to MTX.
