Great coworkers, future focused, interesting industry. Lots of opportunity to be promoted if you do a good job.

A good amount of office politics. VERY fast-paced environment (I am used to the tech world, this is more than that). You need to be able to handle some whiplash in changing priorities. Desperately need more resources on teams as everyone is slammed pretty much all the time.
