From our Global Engagement Survey, we know that our colleagues want greater assistance with their career paths at MUFG. The Individual Development Plan (IDP) is a useful way for our colleagues to connect the dots between their business objectives and career aspirations. By creating an IDP, we can each take charge of and develop our careers with support from our managers, while also contributing greater value to the bank. IDPs can also make annual reviews more effective and our colleagues are provided the opportunity to build on their skills, capabilities, and competencies in line with performance objectives and in support of ongoing career growth.
