Pros
The work was very routine and easy if you like that.
Cons
Where do I begin? I worked here 8 months and told myself I couldn't take it anymore even after 3 months. By far, this is the most dull, mundane, and robotic company I've worked for. The company underpays what the market commands for Senior Analysts. They tell you overtime can make up for that shortfall. Well, that's great, but I'd rather work for a company that pays higher and doesn't require overtime. The bonus structure is very low, so low I didn't bother staying another few months to receive it. Favoritism and cliques rule the company. People at high levels also take advantage of their positions and leave early, leaving the rest to work. My manager used to go to the gym for 1-2 hours every day and it seems like his only job was to micromanage and delegate. This is the type of culture where you get to work, don't talk to anybody, eat at your desk, and go home. You are basically just another worker bee and they treat you as such. Also, they have mandatory valet if you choose to use their garage, which adds on 15-30 minutes of your time after work before you can even head home because you are waiting on your car. In conclusion, there are better companies with better work cultures that pay higher. Stay away!
