Nothing at all in my opinion.
Cons
- management are rubbish, favouritism is a big thing here. They will only reward those that bring in the money. - inequality amongs staff - always watching your every move - micromanaging - toxic workplace with terrible culture - no progression or development plan - team lunches only with specific individuals or departments - they are not a diverse company. They will call you out for sending holiday wishes other than xmas.
