Pros

They train people to get CDL licenses. Just a job until one can find better.

Cons

Terrible working conditions with terrible hours. Can not have a home life. Your day can be 16 hours with a 2 hour split and paid for 14 hours at strait time. Will lay you off so your week does not exceed 40 hours and receive overtime. You must be available 5 days per week, 24 hours per day and they only work you when they need you. No opportunity to take a 2nd job to supplement the below scale wages. Absolutely no benefits for one year. Never worked so hard full time and still eligible for food stamps, and other government programs.

Pros

Great Organization with elite leadership. Provides meaningful and fulfilling work serving our community. Organization is committed with development and training of ALL its employees. Company has strengthened all of its departments with additional relevant resources, especially the Safety Department. You can start as a driver or other entry level job and grow in the company in any department. Senior & Executive leaders are accessible and available to ALL employees with frequent site visits and feedback sessions from the CEO and down the org chart.

Cons

The health care isn't any better than any other company but it's also not any worse.
