Pros
The required task for this job is simple and easy to learn (picking up passenger and dropping them off). Shifts go by quickly as you are driving from location to location picking up passengers. The pay is decent for what they ask you to do on your shift.
Cons
The management put many restrictions on you (having to continue to drive during even when no ride is being requested or extending your shift because you decided to take an extra break or go over your time during lunch. You will be penalized if you decline a ride that puts your percentage for the day under the quota so rides from Los Angeles to San Diego, while rare, are obligated as to not get in trouble. While they do require you to work a full 8-hr shift, your last ride could be from one location to another that can take upwards of an hour which could lead to many shifts being over the shift (Not bad for overtime, but some people may want a more consistent schedule for planning their day-to-day activities.
