      The office is small and a nice group to work with.

      Cons

      You won't be in the office. If the job offer says 30% travel, expect 80%. If it says 50%, that means 100%. They also expect you to travel on weekends and don't provide flex days for weekend travel.

      No traffic to get there

      Cons

      The location in otay has the most unprofessional people to work for! Very disorganized and they do not train you because they are “too busy”. Tell you a starting date then they push it because they’re too busy to train you and keep doing it every two days. They do not handle accounting work well.
