Interesting industry with a lot of potential. Co-workers are a dedicated group of people.

The company has no leadership or vision and has been losing customers for years. The owner does not care about growing the company, only that it will continue to be her personal piggy bank. There is blatant favoritism towards certain employees.

I truly cannot think of any good reasons to work here other than you won't have to work too hard.

The place is a dead end, you will get nothing out of the time spent here except a paycheck. No training, no opportunity for advancement, nothing.
