- very "corporate" like environment - limited ability to advance due to small town politics - if your not liked by certain people, you'll absolutely be pushed out regardless of how great of a worker you may be - the better of a worker you are the worse your experience will be - reward leadership positions to those who aren't leaders - management only includes people they like, not people who are right for the job - benefits are extremely expensive. Smallest deductible is 1500 & that doesn't cover a lot of a things, then it bumps up to a 3300 deductible. Final option includes a 6000 and that's for individual coverage
