Pros
TRUE tribe culture (everyone has each other's backs, egos checked at the door), a ton of autonomy, freedom to own projects, and an openness to feedback. The first place I've ever worked that actually lived into their promise as a company (and not just something they post on a website). They company is always looking to improve, but takes its employees along on the journey. Everyone feels involved in the growth and direction of the company. Unlimited PTO, flexible WFH policy. I've always felt trusted and valued, and have noticed that no matter the level (intern to CEO), everyone always has a voice at the table that is considered and heard without judgement. Super sharp employees, VERY considerate clients (that actually want to work with you as a PARTNER, not just an agency. This is also partly because Mabbly is picky about who they work with, in the best way). Good work life balance, though there are times when you may be working longer hours than normal. All company meetings end with moments of gratitude. It's truly a one of a kind place.
Cons
Like you'd expect at any small company, there are growing pains. Mabbly is growing like crazy; there's new clients knocking at the door each week. With that said, they're trying to figure out the best approach to scaling and finding the right support across studios, but conscious about keeping the same tribe mentality and making sure they don't lose company culture as Mabbly grows its members.
