      Pros

      You get to have hands on opportunities with design/photoshoots, but not as glamorous as you’d think

      Cons

      - Will be expected to work over hours - Work Life balance not existent or supported - Innapropriate conversations - Managers with 0 experience - Feedback is not delivered directly and sometimes talked among employess backs - Their “benefits” are a joke

      Pros

      Some good coworkers made things easier.

      Cons

      The full entirety of my review is my opinion. My biggest concern was management. There was a member of management who kept singling me out, quick to blame me for mistakes, and I received little praise for my accomplishments. This member of management was the driving factor in me leaving the company. I do not recommend working here.
