      Cons

      Current lack of strategic direction. No CEO. Parent company (NY Life) exerting greater control and influence over day-to-day operations. Eliminated entire US equity division in 2009.

      great manager who cares about how much you learn good pay good team environment supportive

      very little intern to intern interaction if you are unfamiliar with finance, might not learn a lot by the end of the summer
