Pros

I was able to build a good team and train them to be more safe and efficient.

Cons

Our yearly raises was no where near what I was promised even giving almost 200% profit each week. The contractor will keep cutting budget till there is no job left at the company for anyone.

Pros

Working at MacLellan Integrated Services has been a genuinely rewarding experience. I’ve been given the right balance of guidance and autonomy to grow as a leader. I am trusted to make decisions, but supported when I need insight or direction. I often describe MacLellan as the “Goldilocks” company: not so big that you feel disconnected from leadership, and not so small that you worry about stability or having the resources to succeed. The organization is well-positioned, growing, and people-focused. The benefits are well above industry norms, with excellent insurance coverage from day one, weekly pay, and a strong 401(k) plan, which reflects the company’s commitment to investing in its people. It’s a place where leaders can develop, contribute meaningfully, and build a long-term career.

Cons

As a service-oriented business, client demands can be high. Our work often supports critical automotive shutdowns, which sometimes require team members to work around the holidays. While the work can be challenging, it is also highly valued and impactful for our clients.

I’ve been with this company for over 21 years, and during that time I’ve had the opportunity to grow through multiple roles—from Group Leader in 2004 to Assistant Contract Manager, Contract Manager, Account Manager, and now Director of Business Systems and Innovation. I’ve traveled to help launch new contracts and improve existing ones, and unlike many companies that overlook strong performance, this organization has consistently recognized and rewarded my contributions with greater responsibility. Our DNA culture is built on trust, responsibility, and community. We strive to be the best versions of ourselves, which creates an environment where colleagues support one another and work toward shared success. Cons

The work can be physically demanding, especially in certain roles. At times, it may feel like you’re the only one doing things correctly, which can be challenging. As a service company, there is pressure from both the customer and the organization itself. Expectations are high—but those who give their best are recognized and supported.
