Pros
* Opportunity to progress as everyone comes in at entry level and they only promote internally which is based off merit rather than who is the Directors favourites. * They give you the opportunity to work your way up and to become a Director of your own business or set up an office abroad. * One of the best commission schedules in the market and the opportunity to earn a stupid amount of money at such a young age. * Great competitive, inclusive culture with great incentives abroad and every month. *Constant support from managers regarding getting you up and running with strong training team and resources. They give you all the tools for you to be successful, you just have to work hard to achieve that.
Cons
* Hours are long in recruitment in general, so if you are not resilient, hard-working or competitive, then you can struggle. * Standards are high and everything is 100mph all the time, but they set their standards out from the 1st interview so you know how much work is expected before joining. * Recruitment is tough, you can do things right and it can still go wrong so can get your hopes up prior to making a sale and then it falls through. * I had a great 2+ years in the role but in the end, after being relatively successful, the recruitment industry as a whole wasn't for me.
