Pros

I quiet quit many months ago and no one has even noticed! I do like three hours of work per week and the rest of the time, I'm picking up freelance projects and working on my side hustles. My decision to quiet-quit has led to such a dramatic increase of my quality-of-life that I am kicking myself for not thinking of it sooner. I make far more money for much less hours now!

Cons

The low salary! I got tired of training people that make more money than I do that I decided to turn this con into a pro by phasing myself out of doings by convincing my supervisors that my few duties actually require many more hours than it necessary, thereby increasing the work-for-money ratio heavily in my favor.

Pros

A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

Cons

Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
