      Flexible hours, calm/positive vibes, choice or hybrid or remote, catered in-office lunches two days a week, 4.5 day workweek, two weeks off for Dec holidays, great benefits, amazing work/life balance

      Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

      A lower salary than others in the industry.

      Pros

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
