      Irresponsible managers and senior staffs. Only spending time on workspace politics and pushing the duties to junior staffs.

      Compensation Package is lower than average Complicated and Tedious working procedures Cannot retain skilful and heartfelt staff for both technical and sales positions Many teams and departments but you never know what values they are
