what used to be pros are gone this company has taken every decent benefit off the employees

starting wages are now 17 to 22 an hour they used to be 22 / 25 to start . mandatory overtime with zero notice if you can’t stay they give you an occurrence and you’ll point out and be terminated. Management does not follow the company policies when trying to bid on another job in the company. Rite now because of all this they are not meeting customers time lines because so many skilled employees have left and they are being made to shut down production because of it and than they will send employees home for the night without pay unless you use the little vacation that is given to you . They think by threatening people’s jobs and lieing to their employees is the rite way to do business. i have seen shift lead supervisors make up total lies about employees so they had a reason to terminate them. It almost seems like this is being done so they can close the doors. when i started this job it was the best job i had worked in and a year after this management team took over the employees had tried to get a union in and the company stopped that by letting non production workers vote .
