Mad Fish Digital is a great place to work - this company truly lives out its values and puts its employees first. I left my previous company looking for a place to grow my career while having better work life balance, and Mad Fish has certainly delivered on that! The remote work environment allows you to have a flexible schedule, but I also feel like the team comes together virtually multiple times a week to still foster camaraderie. I get to work with a diverse portfolio of clients in the B2B and B2C space and the internal team is compromised of some of the best professionals in the business! The benefits are also amazing - truly the cherry on top of a great workplace!

None! I originally worried being fully remote would be a con, but management goes to great lengths to keep us connected virtually and we have an in person company retreat once a year!
