Very flexible scheduling. Reasonable across the board, for example, about showing up a couple of minutes late. I made a ton of great friends here and had a lot of amazing coworkers.

Issues are not always addressed in a timely manner. A general lack of communication at times (depending on management). How enjoyable your night is, is entirely determined by the managers on staff, and general inconsistencies in management.
